Important Safety & Legal Disclaimer We do not condone, encourage, or support illegal drug use of any kind. No drug—whether legal or illegal—is completely safe, and we strictly advise avoiding all recreational drug use.

The use of any product supplied by PEDTest New Zealand is entirely at your own risk. Test kits provide only an indication of a substance. Neither a positive nor a negative result means a substance is safe to use. No rights or claims may be derived from the use of our tests.

1. Harm Reduction & Legal Compliance

PEDTest New Zealand provides consumer-level reagent testing kits designed strictly as harm-reduction, education, and safety tools. While purchasing, owning, and using chemical reagent test kits is legal in New Zealand, the possession of unprescribed performance and image-enhancing drugs (PIEDs) or controlled substances remains strictly illegal under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

Our testing kits are meant to mitigate risk by identifying potentially dangerous substitutions or adulterants. They do not confer legal immunity for the possession or use of controlled substances.

2. Product Capabilities & Limitations

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following technical and scientific limitations regarding at-home reagent testing:

Qualitative Results Only: Reagent kits provide an indication of compounds present (qualitative) but cannot measure exact purity percentages or milligram dosing concentrations (quantitative).

Not a Laboratory Replacement: Testing kits are not a replacement for professional, comprehensive laboratory analysis (such as GC/MS or LC/MS testing).

Contaminant Blind Spots: Standard chemical reagents cannot detect bacterial contamination, heavy metals, or unsterile conditions, particularly in liquid or peptide preparations.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the test results, as environmental factors, user technique, and complex mixtures can obscure chemical reactions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, PEDTest New Zealand, including its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates, accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, health complications, legal consequences, or financial losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products or reliance on the information provided.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless PEDTest New Zealand against any claims arising from your possession or use of the testing kits.

4. Orders and Shipping

New Zealand Only: We exclusively process orders and ship to valid physical and PO Box addresses within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity, improper use, or malicious intent.

Pricing: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Returns and Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which operates in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). Due to health, safety, and product integrity reasons regarding chemical reagents, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, color charts, instructional materials, and digital assets—is the property of PEDTest New Zealand and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
